Comment:

 Bugs in GHC docs (e.g. broken links to `Codec.Binary.UTF8.*`) should be
 reported to GHC HQ.

 Missing documentation for platform libraries (those in `lib/extralibs`,
 e.g. mtl) is a known issue (#30).
