I've recently attempted several Gtk2hs and WxHaskell installations on
Windows. Gtk2Hs is pretty straightforward and reliable these days, but the
latest released version of WxHaskell won't even build with GHC 7.6. It will
also fail if installed into a path containing spaces, and I'm still trying
to work out how to get it to work with cabal-dev.
