All open issues have been transferred from Trac to Github

Thank you for getting things moved over to GitHub, Rober! Now on to a
future of better, easier issue management.... Please go ahead and
re-categorize stuff as seem clear to you.

I edited the old site and now I know more about trac templating than I ever
wanted to know....

The tickets on trac now all have banners pointing users at GitHub.
The new ticket forms and property update forms have been removed.
